Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
- Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if needed
