Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field.
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, if needed
